PLP Mortgage Processing Group was co-founded by Yenny Esterlich, a seasoned professional with 22 years of comprehensive experience in the Mortgage Industry. Her expertise spans across Retail, Correspondent, and Wholesale Channels, where she has excelled as an FHA DE, VA LAPP, Conventional, and DPA Underwriter.
Yenny has served as a “Subject Matter Expert” for prominent institutions such as PRMG, Columbus Capital Lending, American Bancshares, National City Mortgage Corporation, and Bank of America. In these roles, she assumed responsibility for ensuring meticulous analysis and closure of every loan in strict accordance with Agency guidelines and Lender overlays. Her commitment to upholding high standards of timeliness and quality has been a hallmark of her career.
With a wealth of experience, Yenny has demonstrated proficiency in underwriting files for both first-time homebuyers and seasoned, complex Borrowers. Her approach involves a balanced and thorough evaluation of various types of mortgage loans. Yenny’s extensive knowledge of Agency guidelines, coupled with administrative and operational competencies, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the mortgage loan process.

Adriana Gil Martin is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a passion for the mortgage industry. She has dedicated the last 3 years of her life to mastering the intricacies of mortgage processing and helping individuals achieve their dreams of homeownership. Her educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering, which has undoubtedly contributed to her analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adriana’s career in the mortgage industry began with her role as a Mortgage Jr Processor, her appetite for learning the profession and set of skills quickly helped her grow and become a reliable and known Mortgage Processor. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in assisting Mortgage Brokers in the operation and closing of loans through Lender’s TPO (Third-Party Origination). Her commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of the intricacies of the mortgage process made her an invaluable asset to the businesses she served.
As her expertise in the mortgage industry grew, Adriana’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own company, PLP Mortgage Processing Group LLC, along with her partner and mentor Yenny Esterlich.
