Our process:
Broker Email Processing Instructions
Refinance: Gather the following documents
- Current mortgage statement
- Current insurance declaration page
- Copy of most recent two pay stubs
- Copy of most recent two years W-2, 1040, and any business returns if applicable
- Most recent two months bank statements on all accounts
- Escrow/title information and fees
Review and Pre-Underwrite:
- We will assess the provided documentation
- Create a compliant loan package for the loan officer
- Include a needs list for all required items to submit and close the loan
Purchase (in addition to above):
- Include a copy of the complete purchase contract
- Attach all signed and dated addendums
- Provide escrow/title fees and contact information
- If you own property, specify the status of the existing property
Direct Collaboration:
- We engage directly with the lender, escrow, and borrowers (if preferred by the loan officer)
- We ensure effective communication and coordination
Loan Officer Assistance:
- The loan officer will collaborate with a designated processor
- Aim for the highest level of individual attention to the loan process

Fees are collected at closing, and PLP Mortgage Group waives the processing fee on transactions that do not close.
Fees are determined by loan type, and PLP Mortgage receives payments at closing.
